During the visit, the air conditioning unit had a broken cover which affected its performance. The service at the front desk was a bit off as they seemed overwhelmed, and one of the clerks was less accommodating during a late-night request. Despite these inconveniences, the location's convenience and the cleanliness of the facilities enhanced the overall experience.

Stayed in the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds and it was super comfy. The bed and pillows felt brand new and cozy, which made for a nice night's sleep. However, the TV remote didn't work properly, and the fridge didn't keep our drinks cold either. The cleanliness could have been better, especially with some dust on the bed frame. Breakfast was pretty good, so that was a highlight.
